Cosmological Simulation Data


In this page, I summarize the cosmological parameters adopted in the simulations performed at the KIAS.
  • The WMAP 1-year cosmology has parameter values \Omega_m=0.27, \Omega_L=0.73, \Omega_b=0.046, h=0.71, b=1.1111.
  • The WMAP 3-year cosmology has \Omega_m=0.238, \Omega_L=0.762, \Omega_b=0.042, h=0.732, b=1.314.
  • The WMAP 5-year cosmology has \Omega_m=0.26, \Omega_L=0.74, \Omega_b=0.044, h=0.72, b=1.26.
  • Most of data are written in the C binary format. If you want the Fortran format file, please send an email to Juhan Kim (kjhan at kias.re.rk)
    Those files can be found in the subdirectory of each simulation home directory.
    The particle data can be found in the subdirectory of "Sync", and the FoF and PSB halo data can be found in the subdirectory of "FoFPSB/L0.2".
    The name of particle data file starts with "SyncINITIAL" and time step and mpi rank number are following.
    The FoF halo data file has a prefix "FoF_" and that of PSB halo data file is "n".
    Only the PSB halo data file is written in the plain ASCII format
